Welcome to the Mortgage Nerd's Texas mortgage page. This page chronicles the nerd's recent excursion to the Lone Star State, where he ate some barbecue, did some line dancing, met a few Texas mortgage brokers, got made fun of by a whole lot of cowboys, and even learned a few tricks of the Texas mortgage trade. What an eventful trip it was!
Day One:
The Mortgage Nerd stepped off his moped and out into the hot Texas sun. "Wow," he exclaimed. "I can smell the Texas mortgage loans already!" Suddenly, a mean looking old cowboy stepped in front him, effectively blocking mortgage nerd's view. "That ain't the smell of a Texas mortgage loan, boy," said the tall cowboy in a truly menacing tone. "That's cow dung, and you just stepped in it."
The Mortgage Nerd was dismayed, but determined to continue on in his quest for American mortgage glory. He came across a barbecue joint and ordered some ribs. But Mortgage Nerd got barbecue sauce all over his face, just as the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders were walking by! Oh no, Mortgage Nerd, that's gonna severely limit your chances of getting a date with a super hot babe! He had better stick to what he came for - finding the greatest Texas mortgage ever!
Time To Regroup.
That night, the Mortgage Nerd went to a country and western bar for the first time in his life. It was actually a small hole in the wall called "Rowdy Roy's Rodeo Room," and it contained many a drunken Texas mortgage broker. The Mortgage Nerd was thrilled, and hoped he could impress them with his line dancing skills that he had picked up while surfing the net searching for naked pics of Xena Warrior Princess. Unfortunately, the Mortgage Nerd had never really gotten a chance to hone these dance skills, and ended up tripping about 20 times over the course of one playing of "Achy Breaky Heart" by Billy Ray Cyrus. The Texas mortgage brokers found this rather hilarious, and lovingly adopted the Mortgage Nerd as their amusement for the night. They even told him a few secrets about the Texas mortgage world that few others in the world knew of. The Mortgage Nerd was thrilled! He had actually accomplished his goal of finding out the true secrets of the Texas mortgage!
Day Two:
The Mortgage Nerd traveled home with his new insider knowledge of the Texas mortgage way of living. He would soon share this info to visitors like you, completely free of charge. The Texas mortgage industry has never been the same since.
