All he ever talks about are home loans! Home improvement loans this, home equity loans that, when will it end? Not likely any time soon, as he is truly a man on a mission. (Or shall we say, a nerd on a mission.) But what is this great mission? Well, the mission which keeps our nerdy hero so endlessly busy is to find his site visitors the very best in home improvement loan opportunities, all without ever having to leave his underground lair. Well, that and find a date. The mortgage nerd really needs a date bad. Do you happen to know any girls who are into guys who really like cheese? Ok, well keep your eyes out.

His Story
Believe it or not, the Mortgage Nerd actually knows about home improvement loans from personal experience! That's right, he himself has taken out home improvement loans in the past. Here's the story;
One day, while coming home from the 1998 Annual Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Mortgage Nerd had an idea. "What," he thought, "if I could build my own spaceship in my basement and blast off into the heavens, never return to Earth again?" "I'd be sure to meet some awesome space babes that way, and they would totally find me way cooler than these weird Earth girls!"
To make a long story short, the Mortgage Nerd did attempt to build such a craft, utilizing his personal collection of rare metals and gasses obtained over years of research and Ebay trading. Unfortunately, the ship ended up lifting off through the ceiling of his basement and exploding in his parents' kitchen!
His mom threatened to take away his allowance if he did not do something to fix things immediately, so he did what any good geek would. That is, he got himself some home improvement loans and got his mom the funds to fix the house. Thanks goodness for those super awesome home improvement loans!
