	<title>American Mortgage</title>
	<description>
American mortgage home loans are available from several types of lenders-thrift institutions, commercial banks, mortgage companies, and credit unions. Different lenders may quote you different prices, so you should contact several American mortgage lenders to make sure you're getting the best price on your specific American mortgage. You can also get an american mortgage home loan through a mortgage broker. Brokers arrange transactions rather than lending money directly; in other words, they find a lender for you.

A broker's access to several lenders can mean a wider selection of home mortgage loan products and terms from which you can choose. Brokers will generally contact several lenders regarding your application.

American mortgage and you
Once you know what each of the different American mortgages has to offer, negotiate for the best deal that you can. On any given day, lenders and brokers may offer different prices for the same American mortgage loan terms to different consumers, even if those consumers have the same loan qualifications. The most likely reason for this difference in price is that loan officers and brokers are often allowed to keep some or all of this difference as extra compensation - called the loan margin - that you must be aware of and prepared for.

Generally, the difference between the lowest available price for a loan product and any higher price that the borrower agrees to pay is an overage. When overages occur, they are built into the prices quoted to consumers. They can occur in both fixed and variable-rate loans and can be in the form of points, fees, or the interest rate. Whether quoted to you by a loan officer or a broker, mortgage rates determine the overall price of an American mortgage, or any mortgage to be specific.

What the Mortgage Nerd thinks about American mortgages
There is nothing better on this earth - except for maybe Jeri Ryan - than an American mortgage. Just think, you can get a mortgage anywhere in the country. It's very exciting for someone who hasn't been ten feet from his front door in 13 years and 4 months and 3 days and 8 hours. It's almost as exciting as Star Trek - the final frontier and all that. Yes, with an American home mortgage you can feel like an alien or an astronaut or whatever the Star Trek people were. I should know but I'm all hopped up on Gatorade so I can't really focus long enough to remember. All I know is that Florida mortgage is ideal if you want to live in Florida. Lots of oranges there, you know. Yum.

In conclusion, I hope you've learned all you can about American mortgage rates. I know I'm tired. How about you go out there and get yourself some American mortgage and let me know how it went. Mortgage companies are standing by with the best California mortgage rates and similar deals for you geeks in other states. (A Texas mortgage, anyone?)
