There he was, on the internet, researching the latest countrywide home loan updates when his mom came down to his private science lair and told him some terribly unfortunate news. "Hey mortgage nerd," his mom said. "Stop devoting all of your focus and energy to finding the greatest countrywide home loan info on the net and listen to your mother for a moment. She's got something to say to you."

It turned out the Mortgage Nerd finally got kicked out of his mom's basement. She was sick of him destroying her house with his endless science experiments. That left the mortgage nerd with a rather lofty task - the task of having to take out a home loan, or more specifically, a countrywide home loan. After all, the mortgage nerd practically swears by the fact that there are few better home equity loans to be borrowed than the legendary, infamous, much-hyped kind known as countrywide home loans.

Are you crazy about the countrywide home loan in the same way the mortgage nerd is completely, utterly crazy about the countrywide home loan? If so, you might want to go and get one, instead of spending all of your time making a statue of Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock out of elbow macaroni that you found in your mom's kitchen. Or is that just the mortgage nerd who does that?
